Whilst Tanzania has recently (2015) passed a comprehensive Cybercrime Act and has now established a Cybercrime Unit within the Police Force (unfortunately weblink to unit does not work) it still has a considerable amount to do to become fully effective in tackling cyber crime. The TCRA's CyberStars initiative to find new talant to join the cyber security profession is a very welcome measure is developing individuals and ultimately staffing organisations to improve the country's cyber security.
