The small number of cyber security courses by the Open University of Tanzania and three other academic institutions are an encouraging step in the right direction. The courses offered by the The Institute of Finance Management and the Institute of Accountancy Arusha are a welcome sign of locally perceived linkages between accountancy, finance, audit, risk and cyber security.
