Assessment Commentary
There is reporting of cybercime within the Ugandan Annual Crime Report. The report also acknowledges the lack of cyber specialists. The 2011 Computer Misuse Act and the establishment of the Cybercrime Unit in 2015 are encouraging steps forward.
