Assessment Commentary
The actions taken by the Nigerian Government since the National Cyber Security Strategy was published in 2014 are highly commendable and place the counrty very firmly at Level 3. The Cyber Security Guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2019 are a good step towards awarding Level 4 status.
