Sect 5 of Cybercrimes act 2015 - criminalises all cyber attacks on CNI | Sect 21 Cybercrimes Act (2015) - mandates cybercrimes reported to ngCERT, failure to do so within 7 days = fine of N2,000,000 and denial of internet service. - Orgs and Individuals can report online. | Sect 42 of the Cybercrimes act 2015 - The National Security Adviser established the Nigerian Computer Emergency Response Team (ngCERT) to act as a coordinating centre responsible for managing cyber incidents.
