Highlights
Extensive policy about increasing the use of ICT in the country but alarmingly no provision at all for Cyber security. identified the need for a framework, laws and rules. Protect data and online privacy with Data protection laws (but doesn't state when these will be implemented). To develop a framework for cloud based services and its regulation and a mention to promote the use of digital signatures to augment data security & authentication but no mention of how and by when. No mention of cyber security or the need to improve education over cyber security.
