Gov cyber security declaration

Highlights
The declaration made at the end of the first Cy Sec conference said that the cyber organizations would have to update their organisational charts identifying the role responsible for cyber secured operations of the organizations, entrusted with a clear mandate, responsibilities and budget. Cyber security-conscious organizations are to ensure that the member of staff appointed to the cyber security role will report directly to the top management.
