Suggestions made for areas of improvement: create a CySec council, appoint lead aide, national incident management scheme, education and certification changes. Highlights that Bangladesh has a severe shortage of skilled Cy Sec professionals. They understand the need to raise the profile of cyber security within government & clearly define roles & responsibilities while also working closely with private sector & industry experts.
