There appears to be a healthy investment in capabilities to tackle cybercrime and to provide cyber defence; this matches the priority placed on such matters within the strategy and policy domain. There is some evidence of awareness of cybercrime within the community but the addition of intervention measures to channel the skills of young people away from cybercrime should be considered. Nevertheless, the overall assessment is Level 3.
